The September 8-10 Joint FGS/FL-SGNA Annual Meeting scheduled to be held at the Palm Beach County Convention Center has been canceled and rescheduled at the same location November 17-19, 2017.
Given the severity of the storm and the proximity of its location, it was unanimously agreed by FGS and FL-SGNA leadership that attempting to hold the meeting this weekend would potentially put the safety of those attempting to attend at risk.
We will be sending further information regarding the new meeting dates hopefully by next week.
Your reservations have all been cancelled with the hotel and any prepaid deposits to the hotel will be refunded to you. Your registration for the event has been automatically applied to the new meeting dates. If you would rather request a refund for your registration, please notify our office beginning Monday, September 11, and we will gladly oblige.
Our office will be open for as long as we are able to communicate.
